Overview
The MonoPacker Sigpack LDM is a highly flexible Delta robot system for placing large production volumes into containers, directly from the production process.
The containers are transported on a conveyor belt or a chain parallel to the product belt and continuously filled-up with products.
The adaptation of the product flow and the speed of the containers is fully automatically controlled.
Normally, the system is completed by a tray denester, carton erector and carton closer.
If required, further modules like metal detector, cushion dispenser and check weigher can be integrated.
