Overview :
The TrayDenester Sigpack LTE is a higly flexible machine for denesting stacked containers and plastic trays, which are fed into a robotic line, e.g. a MonoPacker Sigpack LDM or AssortmentPacker Sigpack LDA.
A robotic gripper takes the trays out of the magazine and accurately places them in the programmed configuration onto the transport belt or into the transport chain.
The adaptation of the container flow is fully automatically controlled relative to the product rate.
