Overview :
The AssortmentPacker Sigpack LDA is a highly flexible Delta robot system for producing assorted packages.
The containers are transported through the system on a conveyor and continuously filled-up with up to 3 different kinds of products per robot cell.
The adaptation of the product flow and the speed of the containers is fully automatically controlled.
Normally, the system is completed by a tray denester, carton erector and carton closer.
If required, further modules like metal detector, cushion dispenser and checkweigher can be integrated.
